We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We don’t ship to other international locations at this time.

- U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Canadian Shipping: 10–25 business days after dispatch (varies by destination; customs clearance may cause delays).
- U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS (Priority or First-Class Mail, depending on weight).
- Canadian Orders: Shipped via USPS International or a trusted partner carrier (selected based on destination and package size).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- U.S. Orders: Tracking updates in real time throughout the delivery journey.
- Canadian Orders: Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate. After leaving the U.S., updates may be less frequent—use your local postal service’s website for further tracking.
If your package is delayed or marked “delivered” but not received:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., mailroom).
- Contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
- If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- Allow an extra 5–7 business days (customs or international transit may cause delays).
- Check with your local postal service or customs office (packages may be held for unpaid fees).
- Confirm with neighbors or local delivery hubs.
- If unresolved, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
