We ship to the United States and Canada. U.S. orders are shipped via USPS; Canadian orders use USPS or a trusted partner carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. To keep your knitwear looking its best:
- Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent (avoid harsh chemicals)
- Lay flat to dry (hanging can stretch fibers)
- Reshape while damp for a perfect fit
- Store folded (not hung) to prevent shoulder bumps
- For wool/cashmere, use a cedar sachet to repel moths
