Return & Refund Policy


Returns

You may request to return your order within 30 days of delivery—the countdown begins on the day your package is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once this 30-day window has closed.

Please do not ship items back without first contacting us at [email protected] . Additionally, products clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on their product page are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where mandated by local consumer protection laws.

Refunds
After we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome of our inspection.
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method (e.g., credit or debit card) within 5–10 business days.
Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account—this step is outside our control.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.
If you’d like a different version of an item, please place a new order for your preferred option through our website. You may then initiate a return for the original item if it qualifies under our return policy.

Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Our error (e.g., defective product or incorrect item shipped): We’ll cover return shipping and, whenever possible, provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change of mind (e.g., wrong size ordered or no longer wanted): You’re responsible for return shipping fees. The original shipping charge is typically non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.

Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes
For shipments to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier (e.g., Canada Post) are non-refundable.

If you return an item originally shipped to Canada:

  • We’ll refund the item’s purchase price (minus any applicable return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).
  • The original shipping fee will only be refunded if required by Canadian law and if the return is caused by our mistake (e.g., a defective item).
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges paid upon delivery will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
